Solar Symphony was Ireland’s flagship countdown event on New Year’s Eve 2019. It served as the finale show for city spectators and appeared live on RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster, and involved custom content mapped on to the iconic Custom House. A floating pontoon in the River Liffey supported the event with LED screens and platforms to host a live orchestral performance.

This was the largest outdoor project mapping project to take place in Ireland, with 24 high powered laser projectors in 6 separate locations on both sides of the

River Liffey.

The content was designed to compliment the physical architecture of both structures and transform the buildings surface into a solar symphony of light and motion.
